1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lg999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lg999 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at lg999.im ("the Service").

By accessing any part of the lg999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

lg999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the lg999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lg999 operates a strict 18+ policy with zero tolerance for underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the Service in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is permitted for personal use.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, agent, or close family member of an employee of lg999 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from lg999 or from any other gambling platform to which lg999 has subscribed for shared exclusion purposes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence.

lg999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This includes — but is not limited to — a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed, all bets voided, and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any amounts already paid out as winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment features on lg999, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the lg999 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, lg999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently withhold any balances including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful information during registration and keep your account details current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity, payment method, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. lg999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your lg999 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lg999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lg999 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. lg999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account pending resolution.

3.4 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. lg999 may request supporting documents at any stage of your account's lifetime, not only at the point of withdrawal. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by lg999 may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lg999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lg999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lg999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on lg999 is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their account for current applicable limits, as these may be updated periodically.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Winnings and withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player accounts. lg999 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures if a withdrawal to a different payment method is requested.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

lg999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. Bonus funds and real money funds are held in separate balances; real money is used first in all wagering transactions unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Bonuses may not be claimed more than once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of the One Account Policy and will result in account closure.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date.

5.4 Abuse and Fraudulent Bonus Claims

lg999 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds, and coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, lg999 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, remove the bonus balance, and close the associated accounts.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the lg999 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook help section. All casino games are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the lg999 system. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is received, the bet is not considered placed. lg999 is not liable for bets lost due to internet connectivity issues, device failure, or browser timeouts on the player's side.

6.2 Voided Bets and Cancelled Events

lg999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the relevant sport rules. In the case of a void, the stake is returned to the player's account. For cricket specifically, matches affected by weather, pitch conditions, or Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) decisions will be settled in accordance with the official DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method where applicable.

6.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error — sometimes called a "palpable error" or "palp" — lg999 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will be subject to account review and potential suspension.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings are capped per sport and per market type. Current maximum win limits are displayed in the sportsbook at the point of bet placement. For casino games, the maximum win per spin or per round is set by the individual game provider and is displayed in the game's paytable or help section.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lg999 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, game staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with events offered on the lg999 sportsbook.
• Laundering money or using the lg999 platform for any transaction connected to criminal proceeds. All suspicious transactions are reported to financial intelligence authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a bug are void and will be recovered.
• Using chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent refund requests to recover funds already wagered or withdrawn on the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other compliance process.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

lg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Suspension may be applied as a precautionary measure pending investigation, or as a definitive enforcement action.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting lg999 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to the lg999 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by lg999 as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information — lg999 reserves the right to withhold any and all balances in the account, including deposits, pending winnings, and bonus funds, as liquidated damages for the breach. lg999 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies where criminal activity is suspected.
